University guarantee terms and conditions

What does each package guarantee?
For a fee of £16,000, we guarantee that the student will be accepted into their first choice university (subject to terms and conditions). However, if they are not accepted and receive an offer from their second-choice university and achieve the necessary qualifications to enrol in the course, we will refund £6,000, equivalent to the price of the second-choice bundle. This refund is not dependent on whether the student decides to accept the second choice offer or not. Even if the student decides not to enrol in their second choice university, as long as they had the option to do so, the payment will remain the same.
Terms and conditions
To enroll, students must be beginning year 12 in September 2023. All students will first complete an aptitude test and provide details such as predicted grades and GCSE results. Based on the aptitude test results, the relevant history, and preferred universities, students will be offered a place for either the first-choice or second-choice university bundle. However, in some cases, students may not be offered a place.
During the course of their studies, students may also be asked to share mock test results and transcripts with the tutor to ensure their lessons are tailored to their needs.
Expectations from the student
Students on both first and second-choice guarantees must attend a minimum of three tuition sessions per week.
First option students have the added benefit of unlimited tuition hours at no extra cost and may be encouraged by tutors to attend relevant supplementary sessions. It is expected that students attend these extra-curricular sessions unless they are able to provide a valid reason not to do so.
All students will receive personalised homework assignments as part of their course bundles, which they must complete to a satisfactory standard.
Our courses are highly selective and we only accept a limited number of students who meet our rigorous standards. Students who are chosen are expected to maintain those standards throughout the entirety of the two-year program. In the case that they do not receive an offer or do not attain the relevant qualifications to enroll despite excelling during their time with us, we have several fair refund policies available. However, consistent failure in meeting our standards may result in you not being eligible for a refund. Should this take place, we will provide a detailed explanation of the reasons for such a decision.
